Description/Agenda: Central Valley Town Council will be holding a Public Hearing in regard to a proposed amendment to Central Valley Town Ordinance to Govern Central Valley Town Culinary Water System - Ordinance No. 2014-001 as amended October 17, 2018. The proposed amendment would govern the overage charges due to water leaks on private properties. All those wishing to express public comment or concern may attend the public hearing scheduled for Wednesday October 21, 2020 at 7:30 pm at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, Central Valley, Utah.
