Description/Agenda: Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings via electronic or telephonic means on October 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain. The hearings include a proposal to amend EMMC Title 17 to create Chapter 17.23 Open Space Zone & Chapter 17.31 Public Facilities Zone. Those interested in the hearings are encouraged to provide public comment via voicemail to 801-789-6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
