WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held on October 13, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on October 20, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss: Application #Z-6-2020, filed by DR Horton To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential), R-1-10 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 sq. ft.) and C-2 (General Commercial). The property is located at 4600 South 5600 West on 11 acres In accordance with Section 52-4-207 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, the Mayor, on behalf of the West Valley City Council, has authorized City Council Meetings to be held electronically without establishing an anchor location. This authorization is based on the finding that conducting electronic meetings with an anchor location would present a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who would be present at the anchor location Both meetings will be held electronically.
