- Agenda for Monroe City Library Board Meeting to be held on October 12, 2020 at 5 pm 1. Meeting called to order 2. Prayer by invitation 3. Reading of and vote to approve minutes from previous meeting 4. CARES Grant update - $1,451 to be used for Digital Inclusion and COVID-19 supplies, needs to be spent before 06/30/2021 5. Board Member Karen Swindle resignation and replacement 6. Possible Library programs: Technology help night, Library logo contest, Adult technology classes, etc. 7. Library report: CLEF Grant report, Storytime, Book sale, Haunted library, Holiday food drive, Local history collection 8. Other business 9. Schedule next meeting 10. Adjourn
