Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend an electronic public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 7:00 pm. The City Council will be considering a Rezone of 12.61 acres located at approximately 300 East 8000 South. This request would change the applicable zone from Single Family Residential with Agricultural Overlay (SF-1/AO) to Multifamily Residential - Medium Density (RM-12) and has been made by Adam Nash on behalf of Land Development LLC and the Mountain View Christian Assembly. This meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting. All those interested in participating may do so by viewing the meeting through the City's Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/MidvaleCity/ or listening on http://mixlr.com/midvalecity/. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
