NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the City Council on October 20, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Todd Bradford, for a Land Use Map Amendment from Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium Density and a Zoning Map Amendment from RA1 to R3, known as the Four Bears Estates Land Use Map Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment, located at approximately 12758 South Boulter St.
The hearing will be held electronically at www.draper.ut.us, on October 20, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
