NOTICE OF HEARING
FARMINGTON CITY
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a Project Master Plan (PMP), and accompanying development agreement, for North Farmington Station, a mixed-use development, encompassing approximately up to and including 139 + acres next to and west of I-15/UP tracks, north of Burke Lane, east of D.R.G&W. trail, and south of Haight Creek/Shepard Lane (PMP-2-20), and rezoning approximately 36.5 acres of property in the vicinity of Spring Creek between 1525 West and I-15 from A (Agriculture) to OMU (Office Mixed Use) and OS (Open Space). The public is invited to attend the hearing and give written or oral comments.
