Description/Agenda: SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE - The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on October 6, 2020. ORD. 20-27 - An ordinance vacating a public right of way along the West right of way line of 1400 West at approximately 2054 South 1400 West (Spring Creek Village Phase I). ORD. 20-28 - An ordinance amending Section 9.24.130 of the Logan Municipal Code Regulating Children in Vehicles. These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication. Full texts of these ordinances may be reviewed at the Office of the Logan City Recorder, City Hall, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah during regular business hours.
