Description/Agenda: Riverton City Invitation for Bid CC-387 2020 Fall Crack Seal Project Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 2020 Fall Crack Seal Project. Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on October 29th, 2020 and must be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
