- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE JORDAN VALLEY CONSERVATION GARDENS FOUNDATION October 13, 2020 The Board of Directors of the Jordan Valley Conservation Gardens Foundation (Foundation) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at 3:30 p.m., at the District office located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah. Directors and members of the public shall attend this meeting electronically. Agenda 1. Consider approval of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting held on October 15, 2019 2. Election of Foundation officers for the coming year 3. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 20-01, 'Amending Jordan Valley Conservation Gardens Foundation's Bylaws' 4. Review Foundation financial statement 5. Discuss recommendations for future direction of Foundation 6. Report on fundraising progress 7. Adjourn
