NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 7 October 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Town Employee Report 4. Animal Control Officer Report 5. Trunk or Treat 6. Beautification Committee Report 7. Dumpster Fee for out-of-town residents 8. Snow Sander 9. Kendall's Request for Secondary Connection 10. Select Color of Stucco for Town Hall 11. Follow up - Ball Park Plans - Pavillion 12. Board Member Reports/Concerns 13. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 14. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 15. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
