NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on October 6, 2020 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2020-058)amending the Personnel Policies and Procedures previously approved by the City Council, specifically, amending Section XIV 'Benefits' Subsection 1 'Workers Compensation' and Subsection 5 'Continuing Education' to provide clarification and updates regarding tuition reimbursement and injury reporting requirements and making other technical changes; and providing for an effective date. To consider for adoption a resolution (2020-059) authorizing the Mayor to sign a Sewer Line Extension Development Agreement with Amsource Pleasant Grove, LLC establishing the terms and conditions upon which a public sewer line is to be installed through private property located at 931 West State Street, Pleasant Grove, Utah County, Utah; and providing for an effective date.
