- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Monday, October 5, 2020. Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. Meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. Due to the COVID-19 recommendations, attendance in person may be limited, as determined by applicable restrictions in place on the meeting date. Residents may participate in the meeting via Zoom. Please call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS. a. Glen & Patricia Wahlberg and Ron Bray, Discussion concerning acquiring Railroad Property next to Haulage Road/concern of being landlocked. b. Review and Discussion of proposed changes to the Eureka City Fee Schedule. c. Finalize list of Surplus Property to meet disposal and advertising requirements. d. Review of Upcoming Grants for Safe Sidewalks and Safe Routes to School. e. Review of proposed wording changes to the Water and Sewer Ordinance and discussion of conveyance of water to all developers and landowners requesting a building permit. 4. ADJOURNMENT. 5.
