NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON
THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL
Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on
Tuesday October 6, 2020 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes
1. Domestic Violence Awareness Month- CAPSA representative
2. Fire/ EMS update- Fire Chief Kingston
3. DUP Town Hall use- Cleone Allsop
4. Resolution 20-10-01 a Resolution to notify the owners of a lot, sit or portion of the cemetery which has been unused for burial purposes for more than 60 years that they must express interest in using the site or their rights will be terminated
5. Discussion regarding procedure on consulting with the town Attorney- Councilmember Donny Merrill
6. Discussion regarding the costs involved with the Allsop Subdivision
7. Parks update
8. Water update
9. Planning & Zoning update
10. Roads update
11. Cemetery update
Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues.
