- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 08, 2020, at 12:30 p.m. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17. Item 1 Michael Shane requests design review approval for the Mountain American Cougar Blvd bank, located at 430 W Cougar Blvd in the General Commercial (CG) zone. Carterville neighborhood.
