- NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE A PORTION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. electronically, for the purpose of receiving of public comment regarding the vacating of a portion of the public utility easement at the following locations: - 1088 North 980 East, Lot 28 of Autumn Crest subdivision. The portion of easement to be vacated is the northern five feet of the ten-foot foot easement running parallel to the south lot line. - 496 North 900 West, Lot 7 of IFA Subdivision No. 2. The portion of the easement to be vacation is a 60-foot communications easement running parallel to the ten-foot easement along the north property line. To make a public comment, email comments to zoompubliccomment@afcity.net prior to 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting for the comment to be read into record. Please indicate in the subject line which item your comment refers to. You may also make public comment in person at City Hall (31 N. Church Street). No more than ten individuals will be allowed in City Hall at one time to ensure social distancing guidelines are capable of being followed. Masks shall be worn inside City Hall.
