Murray City Planning Commission Meeting Electronic Meeting Only - October 15, 2020, 6:30 p.m. Public Notice is hereby given that this meeting will occur electronically without an anchor location in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207(4), due to infectious disease COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus. The Planning Commission Chair has determined that conducting a meeting with an anchor location presents substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location because physical distancing measures may be difficult to maintain in the Murray City Council Chambers. (See attached Planning Commission Chair determination.) The public may view the meeting via the live stream at www.murraycitylive.com or https://www.facebook.com/Murraycityutah/. Public hearing comments may be submitted by sending an email to: planningcommission@murray.utah.gov. Comments are limited to less than three minutes. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon request to the Community and Economic Division, 801-270-2420. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Commission members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communications. If a commission member does participate via telephonic communications, the commission member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that other commission members and other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussion.
