Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-502 notice is hereby given that Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 20, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to a Zoning Map amendment by Gardner-Batt at approximately 700 North 1800 West from A-1 (Agriculture) to C-3P (Commercial) for a Warehouse/Distribution Center, amending the Commercial Zone for building square footage, and amending the General Plan expanding commercial at 700 North 1800 West. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
