Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Friday, October 16, 2020 beginning at 12:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Riverton City is proposing amendments to Sections 18.90.010, Table of Commercial Uses, and 18.58.020(12) Permitted Uses (in the C-R Zone), regarding distance limitations for certain uses. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or in person at the hearing. All comments submitted up to 10:00 am on the day of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3141.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
