- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on THURSDAY, October 1, 2020 at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. a. Robert Palfreyman - Zoning/Conditional Use Permit/Lot Splits on Main Street properties. b. Aaron Schauers - Schauerhaus Studiowerx - Application for a Conditional Use Permit. c. Chris Dever - Discuss front setback for installation of a gazebo. 6. MISCELLANEOUS. a. Review of Current Zoning Ordinance, Set Backs, Frontage Requirements and Fence Regulations. 7. ADJOURNMENT.
