- COALVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will hold its regular meeting on Monday, September 28, 2020 at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. This meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, face masks and social distancing rules will apply. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge Of Allegiance 3.
