3. Motion to Approve HASLC Open Meeting Minutes of August 31, 2020 (attachments) - Board Chair / 3 minutes
4. Continued Item - (Recommend Continuing until October Commission Meeting)
(From June 29, 2020: AUTHORIZE negotiation and execution of a Property Management contract with RMP Wasatch for the management of Taylor Gardens and Taylor Springs as one management site for a maximum management fee of 3-6% of gross. Cornerstone management would be the back-up firm for award if negotiations are unsuccessful with RPM.)

6. ADOPT RESOLUTION # 745-2020 establishing annual 'Payment Standards' for voucher-based programs based on annual Fair Market Rates established and published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). (attachments) Section 8 Director/Deputy Executive Director / 8 minutes
7. ADOPT RESOLUTION # 746-2020 providing notice and amending Bylaws to add Commission Committees when desired. Executive Director / 8 minutes
8. APPOINT a Committee on Annual Audit and Financial Statements to regularly review financial information and audit status in greater depth than regular meetings and to report back to full Commission regularly. (attachments) Board Chair, / 5 minutes
9. AUTHORIZE the Executive Director to execute a contract with Holladay & Associates to assist with job coaching and workplace communication on an ad-hoc basis. Contract based on published hourly rates not-to-exceed $17,000 for one year plus one possible annual extension.
