PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, September 28, 2020, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing and acting on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works update - Update of Dollar Ridge EWP - Discussion of East Fork & Center Creek Trail Fires - Discussion and Consideration for new Medical Contract - Update on 2020 Census - Update on Economic Recovery Grant - Discussion and Consideration of Board appointments - Discussion and Consideration of the Duchesne County COVID-19 Plan of action - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Discussion and Consideration of new business licenses: o Tabiona Ventures, L.L.C. - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held September 21, 2020 - Consideration of Minutes from Public Hearing Meeting held September 21, 2020; Upper Community Recreation Special Service District - Consideration of Minutes from Public Hearing Meeting held September 22, 2020; Gateway Recreation Special Service District - Discussion of possible subjects for the next meeting - Commission Calendaring &Weekly Update on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devises, or Systems; And 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to take action discussed under closed meeting - Adjournment
