- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82953222677 or by phone at +1 312 626 6799 meeting ID: 829 5322 2677 to discuss the following matters: Potential amendment to City Ordinance 8.15.010(D) relating to Pedestrian Walkways Request of Toucan Investments for a Rezone from R-1 to R-3, approx. 2.448 acres located at 2889 S 3000 W Home Occupation Operated out of a Detached Structure, located at 1980 S 3300 W Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at PlanningDepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075, and must be received at least five (5) hours before the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
