RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 8, 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Riverton City is proposing changes to Title 18 regarding locating and operating Food Trucks. - Riverton City is proposing changes to Sections 17.15.030(2) and 18.215.020(10) allowing payment in lieu of dedication of water shares for new development. - Newman Construction is requesting a rezone of about 9.92 acres located at 1300 West Withers Lane. The current zoning is RR-22, the requested zoning is RM-8. - Noah Lee is requesting approval of a Home Occupation for an in-home small batch artisan coffee roasting business, located at approximately 1362 Quail Ridge Road Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the day of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
