Description/Agenda: On October 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Lehi City Hall Council Chambers (153 North 100 East) to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Homes' request for preliminary subdivision review of Willow Point, a 420-unit residential development located at approximately 2100 North 4100 West. Public hearing and recommendation of Jason Matheny's request for review of RA-1 zoning on the Matheny Annexation, 1.34-acres of property located at approximately 2250 North 1500 East. Public hearing and recommendation of Clayton Greenwood's request for review of the Clay's Zone Change, changing the zoning from RA-1 to R-2 on 0.68 acres of property located at 521 West 1200 North.
