- Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Authority Committee of Castle Dale City will hold its zoning meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at the Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Opening Statement. 3. Approval of August 6, 2020 minutes. 4. Ron Sanders. 5. Doug Gilmore change of zoning designation: Esquire Estates Non-conforming. 6. Wayne and Deanna Maxfield Home Occupation License for Castle Country Home Inspections. 7. Brad Giles discussion of Land Use Issues in Castle Dale. 8. Any other business which can properly come before the committee.
