Approval of minutes from the August 13, 2020 meeting. 2.2. Approval of minutes from the August 27, 2020 meeting. 3. Regular Agenda 3.1. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 20, Home Occupations, clarifying the storage of vehicles as a prohibited home occupation. (tabled from the September 10, 2020 meeting) 3.2. Public hearing and consideration of David Doty's request for approval of a concept for the Lehi Bakery Expansion located at 172 West Main Street. 3.3. Consideration of James Bullington's request for approval of the Clutch Warehouse site plan located at 333 South Millpond Drive. 3.4. Public hearing and consideration of Vinyl Industries request for approval of a conditional use for an 8 foot fence to be located at 844 North 1700 West. 3.5. Public hearing and consideration of Holiday Oil's request for approval of a concept for a Holiday Oil to be located at 1225 West Sandalwood Drive in a Commercial zone. 4. City Business 5.
