NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on proposed amendments to SOC 10-5.1A and B to: o Increase Parking Requirements for Multi-Family Residential o Clarify Definition of a 'Story' and Add Definition of 'Basement' o Clarify Open Space Requirements for Developments Over 5 Acres o Amend Row Building Maximum Unit Restriction o Clarify Drainage Requirements for Roofs The public hearing will be held at 6:15 PM, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2020. Anyone interested may attend and offer comment in person or submit comments any time before the meeting by emailing lkapetanov@southogdencity.com. Comments received in this manner will also be made part of the record. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-622-2709 at least 48 hours in advance.
