- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct a public hearing via electronic or telephonic means on October 6, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for a proposal to amend EMMC Title 17 to add a zoning transition section and revise the lot size transition section in Chapter 17.60. Those interested in the hearings are encouraged to provide public comment through voicemails at 801-789-6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
