- Update on Recreation Fall programs and Fall events, staffing improvements, report on status of advertisement/outreach to fill Parks and Rec committee member position(s) and Friends Group. (Chad Wright)
- Update on Parks and Trails, including Park Planning NURPA meeting summary: (Rodney Elwood)

2. Approval of Minutes (if available) and Agenda (President or Acting President)

4. Review of Action Items from previous meeting (Stacy)
5. Update on Status of Bike Park Test Track (Chad & Rod)
6. Discussion and Consideration of recommendations for City Council, Planning & Zoning regarding park feature recommendations for park/open space property offered to Nibley city by developers. (Chad & President or Acting President)
7. Workshop, and discussion and Consideration of presentation and preparation for Nov 7th meeting with Nibley City Planning and Zoning (President or Acting President)
8. Discussion and Consideration of action Items, assignments moving forward (President or Acting President)

1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the meeting or shall be available through chat (only during the public comment period) starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record. Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet or chat cue. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record for the meeting if received prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order.
