PRELIMINARY PUD MASTER PLAN
FARMINGTON CITY
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing regarding The Station Planned Unit Development. This request includes consideration of a Preliminary PUD Master Plan consisting of 50 lots on 10.17 acres of property located in the (R) Residential and (LR) Large Residential zones, at approximately 850 N Lagoon Drive.
The public is invited to attend the hearing and give written or oral comments.
