Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a petition for annexation has been filed with Salem City, which petition has been certified as of the 21st day of September 2020, which petition covers 9.79 acres consisting of the property owned by J&E Roberts LLC located in the southern portion of the City's annexation declaration policy. The complete petition and accompanying plat, with property owners, are available for inspection and copying at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem. Salem City may grant the petition unless a written protest is filed with Salem City and the Utah County Boundary Commission. Any protest must be received by Salem City and the Boundary Commission on or before October 30, 2020. Any protest should be filed with Salem City at 30 West 100 South, Salem, Utah 84653 and to the Utah County Boundary Commission, Attn: Gary Ratcliffe, 2855 South State Street, Provo, Utah 84606.
