- Call to Order/Invocation - Opening Remarks Public Comment Consider City Manager Goals & Objectives (action) Consider Sanitation Rates (action) The City Council and administrative staff are in the process of reviewing current rates and expenditures within the sanitation fund. This action will not be final until the consolidated fee schedule amendments are passed. Consider Appointment of City Recorder (action) Recommendation from interview panel: Motion by Mayor to appoint Shalena Black to the office of City Recorder, to be effective December 19, 2020. Roll Call Based on the recommendation of the interview panel, Melissa Gill has been extended an offer for the office assistant position. Administration expects her to begin employment within the coming week. Cares Act Funding Work Session (disuccion) City Christmas Party (action) Consider Upcoming Agenda Items (action) Adjournmen
