- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at the city office building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 20-24, an Ordinance amending Chapter 3.20 Municipal Impact Fees by modifying the Wastewater/Sewer Collection System Impact Fee.
