- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the City Offices as 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval resolution 2020-12 authorizing Wellsville City to provide retirement payments for city employees with over 30 years of service.
