Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, via zoom.com web/teleconferencing, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 2020-17 Adopting a Perry City 2020 Water Conservation Plan. The public hearing starting at approximately 7:05 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Electronic Council Meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2020. After the public hearing, the proposed Resolution may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Resolution are available for public review at the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah. Please go to our website www.perrycity .org and select 'What's New' for instructions to join the web/teleconference.
