Request for Proposal South Salt Lake Redevelopment Agency Bond Underwriting Services The South Salt Lake Redevelopment Agency is accepting proposals for qualified municipal bond underwriting services. The selected respondent will serve as the underwriter in the sale of the Agency's refinancing and issuance of an Excise Tax and Tax Increment Bond, series 2020 and work with the Agency and the Agency's financial advisory and bond counsel to accomplish the sale. A detailed listing of the scope of services, information on the bond to be issued, objective and scope of work, proposal qualification requirements, evaluation of proposals, and submission of proposal requirements may be obtained on the Utah Public Notice Website, SciQuest or by contacting the South Salt Lake City Recorder's Office. At cburton@southsaltlakecity.com, or calling 1-801-483-6027 Electronic responses will be accepted at cburton@southsaltlakecity.com in the Recorder's Office until 2:00 p.m. MDT. on Wednesday, September 30,2020. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. MDT on that date will not be accepted. The Redevelopment Agency of South Salt Lake City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to request additional information from all responders.
