NOTICE OF MEETING HILLSIDE REVIEW BOARD CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Hillside Review Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold meetings at the referenced site on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 commencing on-site at 8:30 a.m. The estimated site times are in bold. The agenda for the meetings are as follows: 1. Consider a request for a Hillside Development Permit to allow development of a residential subdivision to be called 'Summit Estates.' The property is generally located at the intersection of Hillrise Drive and Ft. Pierce Drive. The property is currently zoned PD-R (Planned Development - Residential). The owner is V.E. MGMT & Investment Company LC, the representative is Ben Willits, Horrocks Engineers. Case No. 2020-HS-008. (See 'Meeting Place' exhibit below). Meeting time 8:30 am 2. Consider a request for a Hillside Development Permit to allow development of a restaurant/multi-tenant commercial building to be called 'Commerce Point North.' The property is generally located at 1276 S Black Ridge Drive and 1190 S Bluff. The property is currently zoned C-2 (Highway Commercial).
