Consideration of Ordinance 53-2020 for approval of the Baum Zone Change, changing the zoning on 0.36 acres located at 1907 North Center Street from TH-5 (transitional holding) to R-1-15 (residential). Consideration of Ordinance #55-2020 approval of the Gutierrez Dubois Zone Change, changing the zoning on 22.9 acres located at 1454 West 900 North from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-15 (residential).
