Uintah City gives notice that on October 6th, 2020 during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Uintah City Hall, 2191 E. 6550 S., Public Hearings will be held as follows: 1. OPEN AND AMEND THE FY2020-2021 BUDGET 2. DISCUSSION ON THE CULINARY WATER CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN, IMPACT FEE AND CAPITAL CHARGE 3. DISCUSSION ON UINTAH CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT AND POSSIBLE ANNEXATION INTO THE WEBER FIRE DISTRICT The Public Hearings will begin at 7:15 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Copies of the proposed budget amendments and Capital Facilities Plan are on file for public inspection at the City Office. Public participation is invited.
