WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held on September 22, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held on October 2, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss: Application #Z-7-2020, filed by Hotel 5600, LLC To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential) and R-1-10 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 sq. ft.) to C-2 (General Commercial) and from R-1-10 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 sq. ft.) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 2880 South 5600 West on 7.5 acres Both meetings may be held electronically.
