SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE - The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on September 15, 2020.
ORD. 20-26 - An ordinance vacating public utility easements between parcels 02-296-0022 and 02-296-0023 located between Johnson Cove Subdivision Phase 2, Lots 22 and 23 located at 783 & 771 Johnson Lane.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication. Full text of the ordinance may be reviewed at the Office of the Logan City Recorder, City Hall, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah during regular business hours.
