USBE worked to get an agreement with Ellevation. Due to the changes in budgets, they did not purchase the platform for all, but allocated funds with which to purchase it.
We propose the approval of the purchase of Ellevation. It is a software program that helps with the management of the English Learning student files and compliance requirements, as well as provides resources for teachers.

As part of the new USBE Licensing structure, we have the ability to grant LEA-Specific licenses under certain conditions. This policy outlines the conditions for granting an LEA-specific license or endorsement.
