- NOTICE OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING LAYTON, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) of Layton, Utah, will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers in the City Center Building, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 5:30 PM on September 17, 2020. THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: Item 1. Minutes of the Redevelopment Agency of Layton City - June 18, 2020 2. Official Request That Davis County Initiate the Tax Increment Collection Period for the Antelope Drive Community Development Project Area Plan and Budget, to Begin no Later than January 1, 2021 - RDA Resolution 20-04 3. Davis County - Davis Fund Main Street Facade Grant Local Match and Award Approvals ADJOURN:
