Site Plan A. SWIG. The proposal involves the development of a commercial site located at 732 North 800 East. 2. Final Plat A. THE RIDGE PHASE 4 & 5. The proposal involves the development of 80 multi-family homes located at 2700 East High Ridge Circle. B. DALLIN ESTATES PLAT D. The proposal involves subdividing a one single family lot into 3 single family lots located at 1760 South 1400 East. 3. Minor Plat Amendment A. SLANT SUBDIVISION PLAT A. The proposal requests a lot line adjustment between 2 parcels located at 552 North Slant Road. 4. General Plan A. HAYMAKER. The proposal requests that the General Plan be amended from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential located at 800 North Coachman Lane. 5. Adjourn
