- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Richfield City Center, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah for the purpose of receiving comments on the City's application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding for reconstruction of the City's sewer lagoons.
