PUBLIC COMMENTS PUBLIC HEARING 5. To propose trading a portion of City owned property located at 200 West 1300 North for part of the cost of building a park on another portion of the same parcel and to solicit input from Sunset City residents on the proposed trade. Agenda Items 6. Appoint a Planning Commission Chair and an Alternate Chair 7. Presentation of an amendment to the Town Center Zone (TC) and schedule a public hearing 8. Schedule a public hearing to open the City budgets in order to give employees a wage increase 9.
