- PERMANENT COMMUNITY IMPACT FUND COMMUNITY IMPACT BOARD (CIB) FIRST PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mona City will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider a potential project (new water tank, 1,000,000.00 gallon water capacity), for which funding may be applied under the CIB Small Cities Program for the Program Year 2021, The approximate amount for the CIB funding for this project year is $2,000,000.00, and will be in the form of a Grant, Loan, or combination of Grant/Loan Input from the public is encouraged. The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. September 22, 2020, and will be held at the Mona City Council Chambers, 20 West Center Street, Mona, UT 84645. Further information can be obtained by contacting Councilmember Randy Christensen, at 801-885-5361. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearings should notify the Mona City Office at 435-623-4913 at 20 West Center Street, Mona, Utah, at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
