- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 14th day of September 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from August 10, 2020 2. New Business - Justin Bingham - 147 N 100 W - Business License - Dustin Lema/Alan Gordon - 47 S 200 E - Building Permit (Shipping Container) 3. Other Business - Annexation discussion with the Town Council 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
